1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nextel Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Nextel Connect is operated by Nextel Network, a company registered in Lagos, Nigeria (CAC Reg. 9628017).

2. Eligibility & Membership

You must be 18+ and a resident of Nigeria to purchase the eSIM membership. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. eSIM Membership & Pricing

Membership is one-time ₦15,000. There are no recurring fees. The eSIM is yours for life.

4. Earnings & Revenue Share

Earnings come from brand ad spend on the Nextel network. We share a portion of the revenue brands pay to reach you on the eSIM.

Earnings are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on network activity. Payouts are made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may be subject to applicable transaction fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

  • No impersonation of other members or brands
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer the platform

6. Intellectual Property

Nextel Connect is a registered trademark of Nextel Network, CAC Reg. 9628017. All platform content, designs, logos, and code are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from network downtime, third-party carrier issues, or force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextel Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos courts.
